What is MLS?
MLS stands for multiple listing service. Basically, this is a sharing of comprehensive home information which is only accessible by real estate professionals. This makes it both easier to navigate and more up-to-date.
What is an "MLS Only" listing?
This listing is taken at a set fee or reduced cost by a broker. It only entails having the property placed in the MLS, with no additional services. This is a more affordable way of getting MLS exposure. However, some states require minimum service to be provided to all sellers, which makes the provision of MLS only listing impossible.
Is there a more eco-friendly alternative to wire frames for realtor signs?
